Do you work exclusively in Klaviyo?

Klaviyo is our primary platform for ecommerce email — it's the best tool for Shopify brands. We've also worked in Mailchimp, Attentive for SMS, and custom ESP setups. If you're not on Klaviyo and should be, we'll tell you.

How long does it take to build out a full email program?

A complete flow architecture — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back — typically takes 6 to 8 weeks to design, build, and test. Campaigns and ongoing management start immediately after.

We already have flows set up. Can you just improve them?

Yes. A lot of our engagements start with an audit of an existing Klaviyo account. We find what's broken, what's underperforming, and what's missing — then fix it systematically. You don't need to start from scratch.

How do you measure success?
