Best Creative Agency in New Jersey (2026)

By David Herskowitz, Founder and Creative Director

There is no single best creative agency in New Jersey. Compare by scope, who does the work, and a written fee. Splash Creative in Englewood: identity from $15,000, websites from $15,000, brand and website from $30,000.

There is no single best creative agency in New Jersey in 2026. Hire for the scope you actually need, the names of the people who will do the work, and a fee written down before design starts. Splash Creative, at 34 S Dean St, Suite 206, Englewood, NJ 07631, is one option when that scope is brand strategy, identity, a website, and the related creative from one team.

Splash Creative publishes this page. It is a buyer's guide, not an independent ranking, and it does not score other firms. If the job is branding on its own, the companion is How to Choose a Branding Agency in New Jersey.

What a creative agency in New Jersey does

A creative agency is the studio you hire when the public face of the company has to be made, not just one file inside it. A full-service engagement keeps the position, the identity, the words, and the things people use in one scope. A specialist does one of those jobs. Neither is automatically the better hire. Pressed Miami is one Splash Creative example of work that is not only a website: logo, color, type, packaging, print, and signage for a sandwich shop.

The work a full-service studio is asked for usually includes some of these:

  • Positioning and the message that comes out of it.
  • A visual identity: logo, color, type, and guidelines.
  • A website, designed and built, including the words on it.
  • Packaging, print, and signage.
  • Email, social design, and video.
  • A rebrand, when the old system no longer fits the company.

The mismatch is hiring a full-service studio for a single logo, or splitting one brand across three specialists and getting three different versions of the company back.

Branding is the strategy and identity part of that list: positioning, logo, color, type, voice, and the applications the brand has to survive. Web design is the site. Copywriting, packaging, and video are separate services when the scope calls for them. They can also sit in the same engagement, which is the practical meaning of full-service.

Splash Creative's published list is brand strategy and positioning, visual identity and logo design, website design and development (WordPress and Shopify), copywriting, email and lifecycle marketing (Klaviyo), social media design, video production, mobile app design and development, packaging and print, rebrand and brand refresh, and AI implementation. Other firms publish their own lists. Use those pages, not this one, for what they offer.

How to choose a creative agency

Ask the same questions of a studio in New Jersey and a studio in New York. Compare the answers. The city name is not a qualification. Cross Country Installations, in Hackensack, is one place the questions show up in finished work: copy and a custom site for a company that installs facility equipment nationwide.

  1. Who does the work? Ask for names, and get those names in the proposal. At Splash Creative, David Herskowitz is Founder and Creative Director. Staffing for your project belongs in the proposal.
  2. What is in the scope, and what is a later project? Strategy, identity, website, copy, packaging, and video are different jobs. A proposal that jumps to visual options is selling design production, not brand strategy.
  3. Is the fee fixed in writing? Splash Creative agrees a fixed scope and a fixed fee before design starts. The same figures are on pricing.
  4. Can I see work for a company at a similar stage? The industry can differ. The buyer and the stage should not.
  5. What do I own at the end? Working files, guidelines, and the website if it is in scope.
  6. Where does the team work? Splash Creative is in Englewood, NJ, and has no New York City office. The published service area is New York City and Northern New Jersey, the New York metro and tri-state area, and remote clients in the US and worldwide.
  7. What does launch include? A planned handoff of files you can use. A full replacement of a brand people already know is a rebrand.

How we work is the sequence we use: understand the business, put deliverables, timing, and fees in writing, agree the direction, then make the work. Read a firm's own process the same way. If you cannot point to each step in the proposal, you do not have a scope yet.

Read recent notes on a third-party profile, including the critical ones. Splash Creative has a public Clutch profile. This page does not quote a score or a review.

A short list of options

A New Jersey company is usually choosing a type of partner, then a firm. The notes on other firms come from their own public pages, linked below. They are not reviews, scores, or a ranking. This page does not publish their fees, their awards, or their client results. Englewood Torah Center is a Splash Creative example of the combined scope: a logo and a custom website for an adult Torah learning initiative in Englewood, NJ.

New York or multi-office firm Often on the same shortlist. A different model, and not a New Jersey studio. Not published here.

Splash Creative

Splash Creative is a branding and web design agency at 34 S Dean St, Suite 206, Englewood, NJ 07631. David Herskowitz, Founder and Creative Director, started the business in 2010. It was named Splash Creative in 2017. There is no New York City office. The studio serves New York City and Northern New Jersey, the New York metro and tri-state area, and remote clients in the US and worldwide. It is not affiliated with Splash Creative UK.

Published starting points are brand identity from $15,000, websites from $15,000, and brand and website from $30,000. The fee is a fixed scope and a fixed fee, agreed in writing. A focused identity takes 4-6 weeks. Full brand strategy and identity takes 8-12 weeks. A website in the same scope is timed in the written proposal. Case studies are on our work.

Splendor

Splendor's homepage calls the firm a full-service, human-led, AI-powered creative agency, and a multi-disciplinary, full service agency in Red Bank, NJ. The page groups its offer as branding (strategy, name and tagline, messaging, logo and identity, brochures and collateral, graphic design), website (design, development, apps, UI and UX, mobile, hosting and maintenance), marketing (content, digital marketing, social, SEO, email, blogs, PR), and content (video, copywriting, motion, case studies, presentations). Its contact page lists 50 Broad Street, Suite 1, Red Bank, NJ 07701, and 50 N. Laura Street, Jacksonville, FL 32202. A July 15, 2019 post on Splendor's site says the firm was founded in 1999.

Solari Creative

Solari Creative's homepage calls the firm a full-service creative agency in New Jersey. The page lists brand, print, web, video, and animation, and publishes the address 31 N. Bridge Ave, Red Bank, NJ 07701. The organization data on that homepage gives the legal name Solari Creative, Inc., and a founding date of February 6, 2003. The same data describes the studio as specializing in identity, print, web, 3D animation, and motion graphics.

MorresPeck

MorresPeck describes itself as a fractional creative and marketing studio in Maplewood, NJ, providing branding, web design, video production, and lead generation. The page states that 2017 is the year the studio opened in Maplewood. Its address data lists Maplewood, NJ, and the page's own answer to where it is based is Maplewood, New Jersey, with an extended network of creatives brought in per project. The service headings on the page are branding, digital marketing, graphic design, video production, lead generation, and support.

This is not a directory of every creative firm in the state. It is four firms with public pages a buyer can check. New York studios show up on the same shortlists. How to Choose a Branding Agency in New Jersey already links public pages for several of them, including Pentagram, Wolff Olins, Red Antler, and COLLINS. Those notes live on that page. They are not repeated here, and they are not New Jersey studios.

What to budget

This page publishes Splash Creative's starting points only. Other firms set their own fees. Those fees are not estimated here.

  • Brand identity from $15,000.
  • A website from $15,000.
  • Brand and website from $30,000.

The fee is a fixed scope and a fixed fee, agreed in writing. Pricing is where those starting points are explained. A focused identity takes 4-6 weeks. Full brand strategy and identity takes 8-12 weeks. Adding a website changes the schedule, so ask for that schedule in the proposal before you sign.

A freelancer is a different kind of partner, usually for a smaller first step. A large multi-office studio is a different kind of partner again. Compare the type of firm. If another firm has not published a fee on a page you can read, this guide does not guess one.

When Splash Creative is a fit

Splash Creative is a fit when the company is in Northern New Jersey or the New York metro, or is comfortable working remotely, and the job is more than one of the published services. Eurotech is an example of that range: a custom site, sales brochures, and presentations for a manufacturer that has designed ergonomic office seating for more than four decades.

  • You need strategy, identity, a website, copy, packaging, video, or a rebrand from one team, and the published starting points match the project.
  • Brand identity from $15,000, a website from $15,000, or brand and website from $30,000 matches the project.
  • You want a studio in Englewood, NJ, with no New York City office, rather than a Manhattan address on a slide.
  • You are comfortable confirming, in the proposal, who is on the work. David Herskowitz is Founder and Creative Director.

When Splash Creative is not the right fit

Say so early. Splash Creative is the wrong hire when the job does not match the published offer.

  • The scope you need sits below the published starting points. A freelancer is the usual next call.
  • You need a finished identity in less than 4 weeks. A focused identity at Splash Creative is 4-6 weeks. Full brand strategy and identity is 8-12 weeks.
  • You need media buying or paid advertising management. Those are not on the published service list. Social design, email, and video are. Buying the media is not.
  • You need several partner groups in several cities. A firm that publishes more than one office, such as Splendor, which lists Red Bank and Jacksonville, is a different model. Splash Creative is one studio in Englewood, NJ.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best creative agency in New Jersey?

There is no single best. Choose by scope, the people who will do the work, and a fee you can read before you sign. A freelancer fits a smaller first step. A specialist fits one discipline. A New York or multi-office firm fits when you want that model. Splash Creative, in Englewood, NJ, fits companies that want strategy, identity, a website, and related creative from one team. Published starting points are brand identity from $15,000, websites from $15,000, and brand and website from $30,000.

What does a full-service creative agency do?

It keeps the position, the identity, the words, and the pieces people use in one scope. That can include a website, packaging, print, email, social design, and video. A specialist does one of those. Splash Creative's published list covers brand strategy and positioning, visual identity, website design and development, copywriting, email, social design, video, mobile app design, packaging and print, rebrand work, and AI implementation. Branding is the strategy and identity portion.

How much does a creative agency cost in New Jersey?

At Splash Creative, brand identity is from $15,000, a website is from $15,000, and brand and website is from $30,000. The fee is a fixed scope and a fixed fee, agreed in writing. This page does not publish fees for other New Jersey firms. The same Splash Creative figures are on pricing.

How long does the work take?

A focused identity at Splash Creative takes 4-6 weeks. Full brand strategy and identity takes 8-12 weeks. A website in the same scope changes the timeline. Get the dates in the proposal. How we work is the sequence those dates sit on.

Should a New Jersey company hire in New Jersey or in New York?

Hire for fit. Splash Creative serves New York City and Northern New Jersey from Englewood, NJ, and has no New York City office. Compare who does the work, what you own, and whether the fee is fixed. The commute is the last question.

When is Splash Creative the wrong firm?

When the budget is below the published starting points, when you need the identity finished in less than 4 weeks, when you need media buying, or when you need a multi-office partnership. Those are real needs. They are not this studio's published offer.
