Men don't talk about ED -- which makes it nearly impossible to advertise.

The category is loaded with stigma. Most brands either lean clinical and cold, or go so far the other direction they feel like a joke. Neither converts.

RexMD needed campaigns that could cut through without flinching -- honest, confident, and targeted enough to actually land with the men who needed to see them.

We built a campaign system around a simple insight: the shame is the problem, not the condition.

Multiple distinct creative directions gave the campaign range -- post-COVID dating, the right to privacy, the cost of doing nothing -- each written to resonate with a specific emotional trigger and moment in a man's life.

The visual language matched the message: bold, direct, unapologetic. Red and navy. Copy that says what no one else will say out loud.

Every execution drove toward the same call to action -- fast, discreet delivery of ED meds -- while letting the message do the work of making it feel person
