RDM is a group of premier industrial real-estate specialists with expertise in the entire process from sourcing and approving land, to developing and building high-grade warehousing. As the properties they collected rapidly grew, they came to Splash Creative to find a way to professionally present both the RDM group and their portfolio, and Splash knew just what to do.

Channeling the energy of RDM, Splash Creative designed a clean and professional logo to reflect the group. Splash captured aerial photos and videos of RDM properties in order to display many of their completed projects in high detail.

Splash designed a highly organized and easy to use portfolio which displays all relevant information to the property, as well as offers potential buyers and brokers to access relevant downloadable information such as site plans, architectural designs, and much more.

Splash also created an investors deck for ICS, a sister company of RDM.
