Work performed for clients is governed by separate project agreements, statements of work, and/or contracts. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of services or creates a client relationship. A client relationship is only established through a signed agreement.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Splash Creative makes no representations that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
